Production Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to manage a designated area or team, overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of production activities. The role focuses on ensuring efficient operations aligned with production plans, while continuously driving improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with all internal and external HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) standards and requirements.
• Supervise production personnel to ensure tasks are executed efficiently, on schedule, and with the required quality.
• Lead the team in alignment with Jotun’s Leadership Expectations, using appropriate tools to coach, develop, and guide team members.
• Identify training needs and initiate relevant programs to ensure employees possess the necessary skills; monitor adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure).
• Promote and maintain 5S principles and operator-driven maintenance activities to support a clean and organized work environment.
• Inspire and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Paints Technology.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Production, preferably in a Powder coatings manufacturing.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork
• Problem solving and decision-making skills to achieve common goals
• Familiar with Kaizen / CI (Continuous Improvement), 5S & HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) standards.
• Fluent in English in speaking and writing.
