Assembly Engineer

The Assembly Executive will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and testing injection molding machines and related equipment as per company standards. The role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards during the assembly process.

· Assemble injection moulding machines and components as per engineering drawings and assembly instructions.

· Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and installation of machine parts such as clamps, barrels, screws, heaters, pumps, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, etc.

· Inspect parts before and after assembly to maintain product quality.

· Conduct machine functional checks and assist in testing and trial runs.

· Maintain assembly tools, equipment, and workspace in good condition.

· Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company standards.

· Report defects, delays, or issues to the supervisor/manager.

· Maintain proper documentation of assembly processes and checklists.

Job Type: फ़ुल-टाइम

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
