Assembly Lead - Warehouse

Job Summary:
The Assembly Lead is responsible for overseeing daily assembly operations, ensuring efficient workflow, quality standards, and adherence to safety regulations. This role may lead a team of assembly workers and coordinates the assembly and build of products according to company specifications and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help and guide assembly team members during daily production work
• Keep track of assembly and build processes to meet schedules
• Make sure all products are put together correctly following drawings, specs, and quality rules
• Train and support assembly staff to improve skills and work quality
• Spot and solve production problems or delays
• Keep the workplace safe and organized according to safety rules
• Check and manage the inventory of parts and tools needed for assembly
• Use ERP systems for data entry and scanning
• Previous experience operating forklifts
