Assembly Manufacturing Engineer

Job Title: Assembly Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Horicon, WI

Duration: 23 Months

Shift Information: 1st shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

Requirements:

Preferred: Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, etc.)

OR 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing engineer.

2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment required (recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered; compensation will reflect experience level).

Key Responsibilities:

Spend about 50% of time working on the shop floor, providing direct line support for production employees.

Communicate project progress and daily updates effectively to management and team members.

Problem-solve and troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly process issues.

Use knowledge of assembly processes and tooling to improve operations.

Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs as part of job duties.

Attend meetings at other facilities when needed.
