Job Description:

• Conduct feasibility studies for assigned projects and prepare them for approval.
• Support new vehicle engineering development activities and implement necessary facility and process adjustments to ensure minimum cost, maximum quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor investments to meet capacity requirements.
• Coordinate projects with other production departments and plant teams, establishing positive working relationships.
• Work closely with new project engineers to support process design in line with product design.
• Evaluate new model vehicle designs from an assembly application perspective and guide the new project team accordingly.
• Monitor breakdowns and stoppages on assembly lines and organize necessary maintenance activities.
• Ensure that global control plan requirements are met without compromising quality.
• Develop projects aimed at continuously reducing water and energy consumption and hazardous waste for a sustainable future.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 requirements for processes within your area of responsibility.
• Participate in cost reduction, technology development, and process improvement activities to maintain sustainable production.
• Undertake activities to resolve internal/external customer quality issues.
• Carry out activities to ensure and improve occupational safety and employee ergonomics.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from Electrical Engineering departments.
