Could you be the full-time Special Process Expert (Assembly) in Bursa we’re looking for?
We’ll look to you for:
- Support tender, specification, and design phases to optimize costs, minimize risks, and influence technical solutions
- Define and manage special process requirements, including tooling, product/process qualification, and experience sharing (SP REX)
- Oversee quality control processes, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with standards
- Provide training and continuous development for employees and managers on special processes
- Investigate and resolve non-conformities, incidents, and actively participate in network meetings and working groups
All about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Training and qualification by a third party in mechanical and electrical assembly methods is an asset (e.g., riveting, torque tightening, crimping)
- Minimum 3 years experience in industrial methods
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with the special process in question (execution, definition, qualification)
- Fluency in Turkish and English
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Ability to participate actively in business workgroups
