Assembly Production Executive

Your Responsibilites

/ Foster a positive and inclusive workplace atmosphere, empower feedback culture & Have strong collaboration and communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders and blue collars management

/ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and ensure production process quality

/ Manage implementation of solution in order to prevent functional and operational failures in production

/ Supervise and train production associates to ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets by planning and managing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost goals

/ Development of problem solving and continuous improvement activities within responsibility context

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, mechatronics or equivalent & Minimum 3+ years production experience familiar with ERP and MES.

/ Production process experience preferably assembly processes (experience / knowledge in white goods industry preferable),

/ Business Level English and Advanced level MS Office application

/ To have an experience of lean production techniques

/ Have prepared technical specifications and managed a turnkey project
