We are hiring an Assessment Management Officer who will coordinate training schedules, assessments, and examiner activities to ensure compliant, high-quality evaluations. You will oversee exam preparation and on-site implementation, verify and analyze results, and recommend improvements based on data and SME feedback. Your work will maintain rigorous standards, support certification decisions, and drive continuous enhancement of assessment versions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training calendars and confirm assessment dates with centers and SMEs.
  • Orient, qualify, and audit assessors; ensure adherence to assessment policies and procedures.
  • Prepare, secure, and issue examination materials, monitor examinations on site for compliance.
  • Verify and mark exam papers; compare against model answers and criteria to validate outcomes.
  • Compile and analyze cohort results and learner feedback to surface trends and improvement areas.
  • Update and iterate assessment versions based on observations, SME input, and data analysis.
  • Develop new assessment versions and maintain version control and documentation.
  • Produce clear reports and recommendations for re-assessment, certification, and quality actions.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in assessment/education quality, examinations management, or related domains.
  • Strong planning, organization, and follow-up skills with high attention to detail and compliance.
  • Proven communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to brief and audit assessors.
  • Analytical capability to interpret results and survey data and translate insights into action.
  • Advanced reporting and documentation skills; proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English and Arabic (C1, written and spoken).
