Job Description

We are hiring Assessment Officer (Trainee) for the Australian education process. The role involves evaluating student applications under the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) compliance framework, verifying documents, conducting interviews, and supporting universities in making informed admission decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess student applications for course suitability and GTE compliance
  • Verify academic and financial documents
  • Conduct interviews with applicants (telephonic/online)
  • Recommend acceptance or rejection of applications
  • Follow up with agents for missing or additional documents
  • Coordinate with banks, schools, and universities when required
  • Ensure timely processing and closure of assigned applications

Eligibility & Background

  • Graduate with 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)
  • Preferred qualifications: B.Com, B.A, B.Sc, BBA (HR specialization is a plus)
  • BPO Voice / Customer Support experience preferred
  • Good English speaking and comprehension skills

Salary & Benefits

  • CTC: ₹2.40 – ₹3.00 LPA (first year as Trainee)

Work Culture
