Asset Management officer

We’re Hiring – Asset Management Officer

Location: Islamabad

Experience Required: 4–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or relevant field

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Asset Management Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of property management, land transactions, legal documentation, and coordination with government departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchase, sale, and leasing of agricultural/rural, commercial, and residential properties
• Ensure compliance with Pakistani property laws, including CDA Fard, Mutation, FBR Stamp Duty, etc.
• Coordinate with lawyers and legal firms for legal opinions and documentation
• Manage and secure land records, title deeds, lease agreements, and vendor contracts
• Oversee maintenance, utility management, tenant coordination, and rent collection
• Supervise repair and construction work for property upkeep and security
• Liaise with CDA, Revenue Departments, Housing Societies, and other authorities
• Prepare MIS reports, rent rolls, and financial/property performance reports
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments related to land and property matters
• Perform field visits to rural areas, property sites, and government offices as required

Requirements

4–5 years of relevant experience in property management, administration, real estate, legal/para-legal, or finance matters

Strong understanding of local land laws, municipal regulations, CDA procedures, and housing society bye-laws

Experience in rural land purchase/sale matters will be preferred

Proficiency in MS Word & Excel

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in Urdu and English

Knowledge of Punjabi, Sindhi, or Pashto will be considered an advantage

Valid driving license is mandatory
