* Spearheading end-to-end business functions of the tender and institutional sales division, ensuring financial growth and operational excellence.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to develop high-impact proposals, optimize pricing strategies, and secure profitable contracts.
* Driving commercial and institutional sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing strategic market expansion initiatives.
* Leading opportunity assessment through rigorous financial justification, due diligence, and contract negotiations, ensuring successful deal execution
* Overseeing sales budgeting, demand forecasting, supply planning, and logistics coordination to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
