Leading the entire product lifecycle from process development to commercialization, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating cross-functional teams

* Manage the product development process from the concept phase to the product life cycle.

* Liaison with BD and all relevant department for product development from artwork to product specification, sculpting and sample approval.

* Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams including Business development, Supply chain, quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), regulatory affairs (RA), manufacturing, and marketing/sales.

* Review comparative study of product with innovator product, oversee process development, scale-up, and technology transfer from R&D to full-scale production.
