Role Responsibilities* Develop and execute country-specific commercial strategies aligned with International Business objectives to drive growth and market expansion.
* Translate business goals into actionable sales strategies, including account planning, customer targeting, and coverage models.
* Drive revenue delivery across assigned markets, ensuring achievement of country-level targets and growth objectives.
* Establish structured sales management frameworks, including monthly reviews, pipeline tracking, and field productivity monitoring.
* Enhance sales force effectiveness through improved call planning, segmentation, territory alignment, and execution standards.
* Monitor performance across countries, business units, products, and territories, and implement corrective actions where required.
* Design and implement sales incentive plans aligned with strategic priorities to drive performance.
* Strengthen country team capabilities by supporting leadership in coaching, performance management, and organizational development.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Data Analytics, Operations, Regulatory, and Finance to ensure effective execution and business outcomes.
Relevant Experiencequalification 10–15 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience with 4–7 years in a sales / business leadership role.
