Role SummaryThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role combines strategic guidance with hands-on support in talent management, employee relations, coaching, performance management, and training. The HRBP champions growth, collaboration, and high performance while serving as a change agent and trusted advisor across the organization.
Role Responsibilities* Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and business plans.
* Consultative Support: Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations. Act as a consultant to leadership, providing practical advice on people-related challenges while equipping and enabling leaders to manage most people matters independently.
* Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives, promoting organizational effectiveness and cultural evolution.
* Talent Development: Work closely with COEs and business to deliver talent development programs such as Capability Building, Career Progression, and Succession.
* Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, ensuring fairness, consistency, and a focus on talent development.
* Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are well-communicated and adhered to across the organization.
* Conflict Resolution: Handle sensitive employee issues and mediate disputes with professionalism and fairness.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives.
