Role SummaryThe Head of Sales – Fertility is accountable for developing, executing, and refining sales strategies to drive sustainable growth in the fertility business. This leadership role involves managing a high-performing sales team, building strong relationships with key stakeholders (including KOLs, healthcare providers, and institutional partners), and ensuring optimal patient access to the company’s fertility portfolio.

* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs and fertility centers.
* Deliver scientific presentations to HCPs in both one-on-one and group settings.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned commercial execution.
* Coach, mentor, and develop talent within the sales team.
