Role SummaryThe Business Manager drives regional P&L performance, leads the commercial team, and ensures revenue growth across diagnostic technologies. The role manages pipeline and forecasting, executes go-to-market strategies, oversees key accounts, pricing, and contracts, provides market insights, ensures smooth order fulfillment, and manages import planning for instruments and reagents.
Role Responsibilities* 1) Own the P&L for the region/segment, setting and achieving quarterly/annual revenue goals as whole and technology wise.
* 2) Build and maintain a sales pipeline; forecast opportunities and track conversion rate from the team.
* 3) Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing technologies including Immunoassay, Blood Gases, Urinalysis, Coagulation and Electrolyte.
* 4) Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report actionable insights to senior leadership to develop counter strategy.
* Support team for executing and developing profitable Business Cases.
Relevant Experience10-15 Strong understanding of the IVD market, regulatory landscape, and distribution channels.
