Role SummaryThis role will be responsible for managing Neuropsychiatry portfolio’s commercialisation, development of brand strategies through cross functional collaboration, and management of product life cycle.
Role Responsibilities* Provide training, product knowledge, direction to the sales team to ensure that they are well equipped with scientific and communication skills.
* Product Manager has to work with cross-functional teams from medical affairs, regulatory, procurement and finance departments.
* Develop brand plan for the product range along with market penetration strategies along with market research and competitor analysis.
* Develop tactical plans to engage customers in scientific symposia, CMEs, conferences and ensuring brand visibility in the target segments.
Relevant Experience4-6 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Sales
Education* Pharm - D (Nice To Have)
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
