Role Summary
The Head of Sales – Fertility is accountable for developing, executing, and refining sales strategies to drive sustainable growth in the fertility business. This leadership role involves managing a high-performing sales team, building strong relationships with key stakeholders (including KOLs, healthcare providers, and institutional partners), and ensuring optimal patient access to the company’s fertility portfolio.

Role Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the fertility business.
* Lead and manage the fertility sales team to ensure strong field execution.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs and fertility centers.
* Deliver scientific presentations to HCPs in both one-on-one and group settings.
* Drive key account management and expand access to fertility products.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned commercial execution.
* Coach, mentor, and develop talent within the sales team.

Relevant Experience
10-15 years of pharma sales experience

Education
* BSc
* Master of Science
* Pharm - D
