EWAA Hotels, a prestigious group of hotels and resorts renowned for exceptional hospitality and quality services, is seeking a dedicated and strategic Asset Manager to join our team. This FULL_TIME position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of one of the Kingdom's leading hospitality platforms.

As an Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the financial performance and value of our extensive portfolio, which includes Grand Plaza Hotels & Resorts, Al Muhaidb Hotels & Residence, and EWAA Express Hotels. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, responsible for maximising asset value and driving sustainable growth across our properties.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies to maximise total return and enhance the long-term value of our hotel portfolio.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, to monitor the operational and financial health of each property.
- Work closely with hotel general managers and operational teams to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost control, and improved operational efficiency.
- Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and economic conditions to inform strategic decision-making and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Oversee capital expenditure projects, from planning and approval to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular asset performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all properties adhere to brand standards, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Support due diligence activities for potential hotel acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in an asset management role, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or investment sector.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline. - Must have previously worked for a group of hotels.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, key performance indicators (e.g., RevPAR, GOP, NOI), and property valuation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with the proven ability to develop and implement successful business plans.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
