Asset Replacement & Maintenance (ARM) Lead / Manager

Develop and implement annual ARM plans and budgets (typically 3-4% of total CAPEX). Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor and optimize ARM costs while ensuring operational reliability. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards in all maintenance and replacement activities. Drive process improvements and technology adoption (e.g., CMMS, IoT, predictive analytics). Key Skills & Competencies: Analytical and budgeting skills with focus on cost optimization. Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Excel reporting. Education & Experience: Experience: 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in asset maintenance, replacement planning, or facilities management. Reduction in unplanned downtime. Adherence to ARM budget (3-4% of CAPEX).
