ASSETS AUCTION-Islamabad Office


We are pleased to invite well reputed firms to participate in the bidding process for the purchase of project assets. A detailed list of available items, including asset tag numbers, is attached for reference. Bids will be accepted in sealed envelopes, and all interested firms are encouraged to submit their offers

Asset Viewing Details:

  • Location: Building # 19, St # 89, G-6/3, Islamabad

  • Date: From Monday, 22nd September to 28th September, 2025

  • Time: 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM

You are invited to personally visit and inspect the items during the above mentioned time.

Bidding Process & Timeline:

  • Kindly submit your bids in a sealed envelope, either by hand or via courier, no later than 29th September 2025 to the Manager Operations at our registered office: Building #19, Street #89, Sector G-6/3, Islamabad

  • The items mentioned in the attached list will be offered on an "as is, where is" basis, with no liability assumed by ASI

  • The bid must be submitted on a lump-sum basis for all items listed in the assets list, and the bidder is required to quote a lump-sum price for all items without any exception

  • Bids will be opened and reviewed by the designated committee on Monday, September 30th , 2025.

  • All successful bidders will be notified via email.

Important Instructions for Selected Bidders:

  • Upon receiving confirmation, the full payment must be made via crossed cheque or online transfer to the ASI bank account (details will be provided in the confirmation email).

  • Assets must be collected from the premises within 3 working days after the bid submission date, and the payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

  • All transportation and handling charges will be borne by the bidder.
