Job Purpose

Assets and Network Information Management

Report To Position Name

Track all Network assets movement. Managing asset transfer forms preparation for all transfer actions and asset retirement forms preparation for all retired cases (stolen, damaged and burnt). Contractual Mapping for access sites. Managing core physical count and contractual mapping exercise. Update NIM with CR actions. Make monthly declaration sheet for all network changes. Stolen cases tracking, validation, database creation and contractual mapping. Update NIM with TT ,WO and stolen actions. Update NIM with Network changes & Asset Transfer and Retirement forms NIM Cleansing / Asset TrackingAcceptance Update Scope on NIM & apply audit to ensure data accuracy and update Handle the Not Modeled Equipment in NIM Customer Centricity : (Sales /cc Staff) Creates a positive customer experience at the point of sale and post-sales journeys. (Non-sales) Creates a positive internal customer experience during internal customer journeys and touch points Innovation: Continuously learn new trends in the market and propose new ideas, approaches and insights Operational Excellence : Takes responsibility—Accepts responsibility for outcomes of one’s work; with focus on accurate high quality operations daily routine, processes and workflows. QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL

University Degree in Telecom engineering Minimum 5 years of field experience in related scope. Very Good Computer skills, Advanced MS excel. Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE

Ability to work under pressure.
