Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Production Coordinator with a solid background in joinery production. The ideal candidate will support the Production Coordinator in managing daily production activities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth workflow within the joinery factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling daily joinery production activities.
  • Coordinate with the Production Coordinator, Design team, and Factory Supervisors for project updates.
  • Follow up on material availability and support procurement in timely ordering.
  • Monitor production progress and report any delays or issues.
  • Support manpower allocation and daily task assignments inside the factory.
  • Prepare daily/weekly production reports.
  • Ensure quality standards and project specifications are maintained.
  • Assist in maintaining proper documentation and updating production trackers.
  • Support factory operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Assist in enforcing health, safety, and quality guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in Joinery Production.
  • Strong understanding of joinery materials, fabrication methods, and production processes.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of production planning tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • UAE experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
