Assisant Team Leader

Keller Williams Community Partners is looking for a relationship-driven leader to help grow one of the top real estate organizations in North Georgia.

The Assistant Team Leader (ATL) works directly with the leadership team to recruit talent, build relationships, and support the growth of our agent community. The Assistant Team Leader plays a key role in helping people launch meaningful careers while strengthening the growth and culture of our agent community.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, influencing career decisions, and helping others succeed.

Real estate experience is NOT required.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead recruiting conversations and manage the future agent pipeline through multiple channels including KScore (KW’s scholarship opportunity)
  • Meet with people exploring a career in real estate
  • Help guide prospective agents through the licensing process
  • Create meaningful first experiences for people exploring a career with Keller Williams
  • Help promote trainings, events, and career opportunities
  • Work with leadership to grow the company and strengthen culture
  • Track recruiting conversations and maintain an organized pipeline

This role works well for people coming from sales, recruiting, coaching, education, leadership, or business development backgrounds.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
