Job Title: Junior Accounts Officer

Location: Only DHA or Clifton prefer.

Finance & Accounts Reporting to: Senior Accounts Officer / Finance Manager Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Officer to support daily accounting operations, assist in maintaining financial records, and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.

This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in finance and accounting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and voucher preparation Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable ledgers Prepare and record bank transactions and assist in bank reconciliation Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and assist in audit preparations Help in generating basic financial reports and summaries as requested by management Reconcile vendor and customer accounts Assist in maintaining inventory and petty cash records Ensure compliance with tax filings, TDS, and GST/VAT (as per local laws) Coordinate with other departments for financial data and invoice verification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships included) Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices Proficient in MS Excel, Tally ERP, QuickBooks, or other accounting software Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills:
