Store Visits & VM Execution
- Conducting regular visits to all assigned stores to implement, monitor, and maintain VM guidelines for watches and jewelry
- Ensuring all displays reflect the brand’s visual identity, seasonal directives, and commercial priorities
VM Standards & Compliance
- Evaluating store presentations and ensure compliance with VM standards
- Identifying gaps, providing corrective guidance, and following up on action points with store teams
Information Upstreaming & Reporting
- Capturing and sharing accurate and timely information from stores regarding display execution, fixture conditions, and visual opportunities
- Preparing regular VM reports, including photographs, observations, and recommendations
Collaboration & Communication
- Liaising closely with store teams to gather feedback, address VM-related queries, and support smooth implementation of directives
- Coordinating with the VM Manager and other relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment
Training & Staff Development
- Training, coaching, and guiding store staff on VM standards, best practices, and seasonal updates
- Supporting new store openings and VM refresh projects by providing hands-on assistance and training
VM Maintenance & Readiness
- Monitoring the condition of props, fixtures, and visual elements, ensuring replacements or repairs are communicated in a timely manner
- Assisting in guideline rollouts, installations, and preparation for key campaigns or events
PROFILE
- 2-3 years of relevant VM Experience
- Creative, organized, and committed to maintaining high visual standards
- Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location retail environment
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is a must for this role
