ProGuard Security Services is growing rapidly, and we’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Account Manager to lead operations at a prestigious mixed-use luxury waterfront property. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role ideal for a seasoned professional in contract security management who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Role Overview

As the Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full scope of service delivery to a single high-profile client. You’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team of security professionals, and ensure excellence in staffing, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, billing, and performance evaluations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining a proactive and responsive relationship
• Lead and develop a team of security officers across various roles and shifts
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, union regulations, and company policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for site activities
• Control overtime and ensure adequate staffing coverage
• Operate 2-way radios and apply 10-code protocols as needed
• Drive between locations as required (clean DMV record mandatory)

Ideal Candidate Traits

• Minimum 2 years of contract security management experience
• Proven client management and leadership skills
• Background in physical security and union environments
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
• Familiarity with all security officer roles and responsibilities
• Available 24/7 based on operational needs
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or ASIS certification (CPP, PSP) strongly preferred
• Must pass background and MVR checks
