Job Opening: Accountant – Incotec Industries (Karachi, Pakistan)

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

· Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, payments, and receipts.

· Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and documentation.

· Manage petty cash and ensure timely submission of expense reports.

· Coordinate with auditors and assist in monthly and annual closing activities.

· Support payroll and vendor payments.

· Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirements.

· Maintain proper documentation for all accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent degree (MBA preferred).

· Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

· Location: Candidate must be based in Karachi.

· Skills:

· - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record management.

· - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, or Odoo preferred).

· - Strong analytical and communication skills.

· - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
