Assistant Accountant

SuperFix Auto Repair is a fast-growing automotive service company with 17 branches across the UAE, providing high-quality repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for a wide range of vehicles. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are pleased to announce a new vacancy and invite qualified candidates to join our team as an Assistant Accountant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter financial data accurately into accounting systems.
• Organize and archive financial documents in a systematic manner.
• Provide support to the accounting team in daily operational tasks and other related duties.
• Prepare and review invoices, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and maintain updated records.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly/annual financial reports.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting.
• Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Age not exceeding 25 years.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Tally ERP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
