Assistant Accountant

Job Title: Accountant.

Experience: 5–7 Years
Location: Hirehalli, Near Tumkur

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliances for our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle GST compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and filing
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Maintain books of accounts and ledger entries
• Handle TDS, PF, ESI related accounting entries and coordination
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
• Prepare MIS reports and support management in financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors and support statutory audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and statutory records

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 5–7 years experience as Accountant (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred)
• Good Excel knowledge
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
