Assistant Accountant

Job Summary
Hiring an Accountant for a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of sheet metal components.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Prepare weekly and monthly P&L
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity to management
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations

Key Skills
INDAS knowledge, Tally ERP9, Microsoft Office, Ledger scrutiny , attention to detail
Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Min 5 year Work experience as an Accountant
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software Tally ERP 9.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
