Milano Group of Companies invites applications from motivated, punctual, and hardworking candidates for the position of Assistant Accountant cum Data Entry Operator.

Gender: Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply

Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 45,000 (Depend on experience & skills)

Duty Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Office Location: Gulberg II, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting routine work, including day book closing
• Post general journal entries accurately
• Maintain receivables & payables
• Handle petty cash and cash-in-hand
• Prepare sales & purchase invoices
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales & purchase reports
• Update customer and vendor ledgers
• Handle daily banking matters (cash/cheque deposits, withdrawals, clearing)

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with QuickBooks or strong working knowledge of any ERP software
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Accurate data entry and reporting skills
• Punctual, honest, and disciplined work attitude
