Assistant Accountant (Female)

Job Description

Australian Concept Infertility Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated female to join our Financial Team as an Assistant Accountant. The Assistant Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the day to day tasks and responsibilities of Accounts department.

Responsibilities

· Providing support to the Accounting Department.

· Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.

· Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

· Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.

· Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies

· Maintains general ledgers

· Performs payroll activities

· Processes payables, receivables, payments, and checks

· Completes routine bookkeeping

· Assists with financial reports preparation

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.

· Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
