Job Opportunity – Assistant (Accounts & CEO Support)

We are hiring a Full-time Assistant who can assist the CEO in daily tasks, manage staff attendance, and handle Accounts & Tax work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Accounts/Office Assistant role
  • Degree in Accounts/Finance/Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, ACCA, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Accounts & Tax
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
  • Must be punctual, professional, and reliable

Job Role:

  • Assisting CEO in day-to-day office work
  • Managing staff attendance & record keeping
  • Handling accounts-related tasks (bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax-related work)
  • Preparing reports, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift, In-Person Only)
