Assistant Accounts Manager

Able Scoobikes LLP - Global Suzuki (Authorized Suzuki Dealership) is seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Accounts Manager to join our team in Palakkad, Kerala.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record in accounts management, preferably within the Automobile Industry.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have more than 3 years of experience in Accounts Management and be proficient in the following areas:

  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) Compliance: Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with:
  • GST-1 (Outward Supply Statement Filing)
  • GST-3B (Summary Return Filing)
  • GST-9 (Annual Return Filing)
  • GST Filing in general
  • Tax Deducted at Source (TDS): Comprehensive understanding of regulations, calculation, deduction, and timely deposit of TDS.
  • Audit Work: Experience in preparing for and assisting with internal and statutory audits.
  • General Accounts Management: Handling daily accounting operations, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: More than 3 years in a relevant accounts management role.
  • Industry Preference: Experience in the Automobile Industry is highly preferred.
  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Palakkad, Kerala.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) is essential.
