Assistant Accounts Manager with CA / CMA Inter

India

1. Managing Accounts Receivable Process

  • Supervise the entire receivables cycle — from invoicing to cash application.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices sent to clients.
  • Monitor outstanding customer balances and due dates.

2. Credit Control & Risk Management

  • Evaluate new and existing customers’ creditworthiness.
  • Set and enforce credit limits and payment terms.
  • Identify high-risk accounts and take proactive measures to reduce default risk.

3. Collections Management

  • Follow up with clients for overdue payments through calls, emails, or statements.
  • Develop collection strategies and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
  • Escalate long-pending cases for legal or management intervention.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular AR aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and collection performance reports.
  • Analyze receivable trends and identify potential problem accounts.
  • Report key metrics such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and collection efficiency.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve disputes or billing issues.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage timely payments.
  • Provide feedback to management about customer payment behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,633.27 - ₹51,852.30 per month
