Seven Zones Travel is a UK based travel agency.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy before payment.
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes (3-way matching).
- Maintain up-to-date accounts payable records in accounting software.
- Prepare and process payments (cheques, bank transfers, online payments).
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions with vendor statements.
- Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Handle vendor queries and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or finance role (for junior roles, fresh graduates may be considered).
