Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Admin with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office management. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
- Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and calls
- Assist in preparing reports and administrative documents
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests
- Support employee onboarding and internal coordination activities
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Administration or Office Support
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
