Job Summary

The Assistant Admin Manager supports the overall administrative operations of the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of office, facilities, and support services. The role involves managing office maintenance, vendor coordination, transport, security, housekeeping, and administrative documentation,

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration

· Supervise daily administrative operations, including office supplies, utilities, and maintenance.

· Manage housekeeping, sanitation, and office cleanliness.

· Ensure availability of office equipment and timely maintenance.

· Monitor office security systems, CCTV, and access control.

· Maintain logbooks, fuel consumption records, and vehicle maintenance schedules.

· Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors and service providers.

· Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.

· Assist in implementing health, safety, and environmental policies.

· Coordinate evacuation plans, and safety inspections.

· Timely completion of maintenance and administrative tasks.

· Accuracy and completeness of administrative records.

· Compliance with safety and facility standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in administration or facility management.

· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software tools.

· Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
