KHB Real Estate Development is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Admin Manager to support and oversee daily administrative operations, with a strong focus on front office management, facility coordination, and customer service excellence.
This role requires a candidate who can manage reception operations, supervise support staff (cleaners & security), coordinate with senior management, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage front office and reception operations
- Ensure a professional client experience for all visitors and tenants
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, executive schedules, and internal meetings
- Act as a point of contact between management and administrative teams
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
- Oversee facility management and office maintenance (cleanliness, supplies, repairs)
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, hospitality, and office services
- Supervise cleaners, office assistants, and security staff
- Ensure proper office presentation, hygiene, and operational readiness
- Monitor office supplies, inventory, and procurement requests
- Support HR/Admin in documentation, reports, and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3–6 years of UAE experience in administration or office management
- Experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong experience in:
- Front office / reception supervision
- Customer service and complaint handling
- Facilities and office operations management
- Ability to manage support staff and external vendors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
