Assistant Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day administrative operations of the campus
• Maintain office documentation, records, and filing systems
• Coordinate with academic and non-academic departments
• Manage vendor coordination, facility management, and basic procurement
• Support staff attendance, scheduling, and administrative logistics
• Assist in arranging campus events, inspections, and official visits
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience (education sector preferred)
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting
