Job Summary:
Imam Clinic is looking for the Assistant Administrator who supports daily hospital operations by coordinating with departments, ensuring policy compliance, facilitate administrator in management such as costing , review invoices and provide efficient and effective administrative support to Front Desk, Security, Fleet and Food and Services in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
Job Description:
- Support day-to-day hospital administrative and operational activities
- Coordinate with non-clinical departments for smooth workflow
- Implement and monitor hospital policies, SOPs, and procedures
- Manage administrative documentation, reports, and official correspondence
- Assist with staff coordination, duty rosters, attendance, and discipline matter
- Assist in audits, inspections, accreditation, and compliance processes
- Address patient and staff administrative issues and escalate when necessary
- Oversee facility-related matters and coordinate with maintenance and support teams
- Responsible for coordination with QA department for the development and improvement of his/her department
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s / Masters
- 1–3 years of hospital administration experience
- Good communication/people management skills/ MS Office skills
