ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

  • Provide administrative support to Property Management Team.

  • Efficiently manage the daily office administrative procedures.

  • Handle all the inquiries competently and respond to them.

  • Handle the document control and filling systems (digital and Physical)

  • Coordinate Team meetings with customer and their representatives.

  • Prepare KPI’s reports on Occupancy, Maintenance and Customer Service.

  • Assistance PM functions such as maintaining an accurate database and filing system of all departmental correspondence, documents & reports.

  • Handling the correspondences, memos, reports, preparation of presentations requesting from the respective team members.

  • Liaise with all the department in DMC for various matters.

  • Compliance with Department and company policies and procedures requirements.
