Job Description

Forward Spare Parts Supply Be accountable for spare parts shortages and overstock at national and service provider levels; submit demand requests for complete machines and spare parts.Track spare parts supply flows covering regional primary service providers, national primary service providers, and the distribution chain from service provider central warehouses to service outlets.

Reverse Spare Parts Return & RecycleMonitor the full reverse return process of defective parts: service outlets → service provider central warehouses → spare parts centers / spare parts service provider hubs.Conduct national MOS management, analyze and submit data on local spare parts disposal.

Service Provider Inventory Stocktaking OversightOversee on-site stocktaking at service provider sites, prepare stock discrepancy reports, and follow up with service providers to complete write-off purchases for inventory discrepancies.Manage the process of local sales and scrapping of spare parts.

KPI Performance AssessmentGenerate assessment results for service providers based on spare parts operation KPIs, which shall be linked to settlement payments.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities

Source local warehousing resources

Handle local procurement of standby units

Calculate and submit logistics expense reports for local warehouses

Track the return of DOA defective goods received by service providers to Xiaomi Spare Parts Center and complete the refund procedures

Process CN document issuance, follow up on PO buyback arrangements

Supply target fulfillment: Take ownership of all spare parts operation KPIs at national and service provider tiers

Cost control: Manage service provider inventory and optimize settlement expenditure related to service provider spare parts

Operational training: Deliver system operation training to service providers based on standardized systems and workflows defined by regional spare parts operations

On-site warehouse management: Oversee daily operations of local warehouses

Self-operated rollout: Support regional spare parts operations in executing the rollout of self-operated spare parts businesses

tsPrior working experience in after-sales service and spare parts management is mandator
