The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and resident relations. Assist with daily property operations and act in the Manager’s absence
Collect rent, manage delinquency, and maintain accurate resident ledgers
Perform leasing duties including tours and move-in/move-out inspections
Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up for completion
Attend eviction court and understand the eviction process (TAA compliant)
Conduct daily property walks and inspect vacant units
2+ years of property management or related experience preferred
Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
