Assistant Architect

JOB DESCRIPTION Work Experience - 2-3 years

1. Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites.

2. Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.

3. Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.

4. Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.

5. Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.

6. Should know detailing in architecture and interior designing and coordinate with various contractors on site.

7. Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.

8. Collaborating with architects and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.

9. Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design. Education: minimum of a diploma in architecture or a related field, such as construction management or building science. Software Requirements Autocad (essential)+any 3d software (Sketchup preferable)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Punjabi Bagh, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• assistant architect: 3 years (Preferred)
