We are currently looking for Assistant Architecture Coordinator to join our team.

Your Mission

The assistant Architect is responsible for supporting the following tasks:

• Administrative including the relevant external & internal communications.
• Creating relevant databases and follow-up.
• P.O. creation and follow-up with Finances.
• Contractor payments process with Finances.
• Providing general support to the team on daily basis.
• Managing documents, database, sample library.

You will be able to interact:

With Internal stakeholders & services: Finances, Accounting, In-store, Sales, Experience team, Retail, Education, Local Market teams, HR

With external stakeholders: Agencies, Suppliers, Partners.
