The Assistant Area Manager is responsible for supporting the Area Manager in overseeing daily valet parking operations across multiple locations. The role focuses on ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, manpower management, client satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The Assistant Area Manager acts as a key liaison between site teams and management to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and supervising valet parking operations across assigned locations.
  • Support the Area Manager in ensuring all sites meet operational and customer service standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, service quality, and compliance.
  • Supervise Site Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Valet Attendants.
  • Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, deployment, and productivity.
  • Ensure proper vehicle handling procedures are followed at all times.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients and site management.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and operational issues and submit reports to management.
  • Conduct staff coaching and on-the-job training to improve performance and service quality.
  • Monitor site equipment, uniforms, and operational assets to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Support the implementation of new operational procedures and process improvements.
  • Assist in achieving operational targets, productivity goals, and client satisfaction objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years+ of experience in valet operations, parking management, hospitality, or transportation services.
  • At least 3 years+ of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of valet parking operations and customer service standards.
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • UAE Driving License is required.
  • UAE experience in valet operations or parking management is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
