Assistant Art Instructor

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Assistant Art Instructor to support art classes for young children. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids and has basic skills in drawing, painting and hands-on handicraft, and art activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in teaching drawing art classes for children, including ages 3 and above
• Support acrylic painting activities (color mixing, brushwork, layering)
• Assist with clay modeling and simple sculpting activities
• Prepare and organize art materials and clean up after classes
• Supervise students to ensure safety and positive classroom behavior
• Communicate clearly and kindly with students, parents, and team members
• Follow lesson plans, instructions, and studio guidelines

Requirements:

• Basic experience or knowledge in drawing/sketches, acrylic painting, clay art/modeling, and coloring
• Patient, friendly, and comfortable working with young children
• Good spoken and written English
• Basic computer skills (email, file handling, Microsoft Office)
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or after-school sessions
