Assistant / Associate Manager – Technical Sales (Renewable Energy)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customers and expand business within the assigned segment.
  • Oversee complete solar project cycles, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors across design and procurement stages.
  • Drive sales strategy, forecasting, pricing, profitability, and key account management.
  • Monitor sales targets and performance against the annual budget.
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate business and OHSE-related risks.

Requirements

  • Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical or Civil)
  • Experience: 4–6 years of technical sales experience in the Engineering or Energy sector.
