Assistant / Associate Manager – Technical Sales (Renewable Energy)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing customers and expand business within the assigned segment.
- Oversee complete solar project cycles, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors across design and procurement stages.
- Drive sales strategy, forecasting, pricing, profitability, and key account management.
- Monitor sales targets and performance against the annual budget.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate business and OHSE-related risks.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical or Civil)
- Experience: 4–6 years of technical sales experience in the Engineering or Energy sector.
