Qualifications and Experience
- Doctoral degree in Nursing (PhD) / Adult Critical Care Nursing from a well-reputed university
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Record of, or potential for, scholarly contributions (publications, research funding, presentations)
- Graduate of accredited universities using the credit hour system, with English as the medium of instruction
- Minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience
- Experience in supervising student projects and thesis dissertations
- Proficiency in using educational technologies (presentations, e-learning systems, reporting tools)
- Preference will be given to candidates with strong research output and relevant industry experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver courses within the specified discipline, in alignment with the University’s three core standards: Teaching, Research, and Service
- Evaluate and monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support student success
- Research, organize, and manage instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks
- Identify and apply effective methods, procedures, and resources to achieve course objectives
- Support and participate in accreditation activities
