Assistant / Associate Warehouse Manager

Role Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of Home Warehouse. This role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and coordination with supply chain, retail, and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Implement efficient warehouse layouts, safety protocols, and SOPs.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring performance, training, and discipline.
• Coordinate with procurement, retail, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, lead times, space utilization, and cost control.
• Drive process improvements and digital tools adoption for efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of warehouse/operations management experience (retail/furniture/home preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS experience a plus).
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
