Assistant Attorney General- Executive Agencies

The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking two (2) Assistant Attorney Generals in the Executive Agencies section. The selected candidates must possess excellent written and oral advocacy skills. Previous litigation experience is preferred but not required. These positions will work a hybrid schedule and are headquartered in the Columbus office. There may be changes to this schedule based on training and operational needs. Some travel within the state will be required at times. Openings are in the General Unit and the Transportation Unit.

Required:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio pursuant to Section 4705.01 of the Ohio Revised Code.

A broad understanding of the law as it relates Medicaid, Medicare, Regulations and HIPAA etc., or previous work experience would be an asset to this position.
