Assistant Attorney General - Insurance Fraud
The Justice Division of the Utah Attorney General's Office has an immediate opening for an experienced prosecuting attorney in the Insurance Fraud Section. The position requires a minimum of three years prosecution experience with preference given to those with experience prosecuting felony crimes.

The successful applicant must be a member in good standing with the Utah State Bar upon application. Travel is required as incumbents will represent the state in criminal and other legal proceedings throughout the state of Utah.
