Brief Overview:
Assist the Bar Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences by supporting day-to-day bar operations, driving efficiency, and maintaining high standards in service, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and quality.
• Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff to uphold professional service.
• Manage inventory, place orders, monitor stock levels, and support cost-control efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health, safety, and legal standards.
• Handle guest feedback and VIP requests promptly and professionally.
• Support promotional activities, beverage menu updates, and event coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending or bar supervisory experience, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service capabilities.
• Familiarity with bar operations, POS/cash handling, and stock management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.
