- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
- Manage branch staff, scheduling, and team performance
- Achieve sales targets and operational KPIs
- Ensure inventory control and stock management
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
- Maintain compliance with company SOPs and hygiene standards
Requirment:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4 Years Relevant experience in retail, bakery, FMCG, or food chain operations
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
