Job Summary
The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business goals. This role acts as second-in-command and steps in to manage the branch during the Branch Manager’s absence.

Duties

  • Support daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in staff supervision, coaching, and performance management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
  • Support sales initiatives and help the branch meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor compliance, security procedures, and policy adherence.
  • Review reports, assist with audits, and maintain branch documentation.
  • Contribute to branch planning, scheduling, and process improvements.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship management and client retention strategies.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service, operations, or supervisory roles.
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cash management best practices.
